I specialize in relaxation therapy.  I enjoy helping you leave the tension of everyday life behind.  I understand the variance of pressure that is individual to each client.  Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage therapies allow me to target problem areas to bring relief to reoccurring issues specific to you.  My education, national certification and continuing education requirements distinguishes my skills from other practitioners and identifies me as one of the profession's elite with the knowledge, skills and experience to practice safely, competently and ethically.  The quality of care you receive is dependent of the proper training of the provider which is why I am certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing and the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
